I confess. I'm a major fangirl when it comes to Jef. I've been reading his comics for years (R2D2 is an Indie Rocker, Hypertruck, etc.) and I think he's hysterical. I adore his art style, and lately I've been obsessing over the posters he designed for an art show in Somerville, MA.

He's also a musician in various local bands, and he's super nice. His book, Grampa and Julie: Shark Hunters, is out now.
